Returns
We allow return requests strictly within 14 days of receipt of your item, excluding personalised items and custom orders.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened in its original packaging and in the same condition it was issued by us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)

Custom Orders and Production Times
Order processing and production time will vary for each individual order.
Please allow between 2-6 weeks for all custom/personalised orders.
Please allow between 4-8 weeks for all place cards and bonbonniere orders.
This does not include shipping times.
Please ensure all spelling is correct as we do not accept responsibility for errors.
Priority Orders
Priority orders will incur an additional fee determined based on product and quantities ordered.
Please contact us prior to ordering if a product is required urgently.
Shipping
Phoenix Event Designs strives to ensure all orders are processed promptly whilst maintaining a high level of quality in all products ordered.
Phoenix Event Designs uses third party providers to deliver orders and has no control over time or schedule of deliveries. Delivery time within Australia is approximately 1-5 working days depending on your location. Due to Covid-19, delivery times will vary depending on courier company used.
Tracking information will be provided to all clients upon orders being sent out.
Phoenix Event Designs will not be held responsible for any postage delays or delivery schedules from third party providers. We do not offer refunds on orders delivered late by a third party. Please allow enough time before your event and time for delivery before placing your order.
Phoenix Event Designs reserves the right to use images or video footage of all products we produce for marketing purposes. This includes use on social media, all advertising (print, online and elsewhere).
Phoenix Event Designs holds and retains, at all times, complete ownership and intellectual property rights of designs or materials produced, whether complete or incomplete.
